Each author receives a 30-minute marketing consultation with our Publicity Manager to determine the best way to promote his or her title. Inkwater Press offers a wide variety of marketing services and promotional materials, including the creation of custom websites, professional press kits and a marketing plan to send out books for reviews, contests, and more.
We encourage our authors to market their book locally by setting up author readings/signings at bookstores and libraries, approaching local media avenues, and building their own social network. Building a personal website for the book, as well as utilizing Facebook, Twitter and other social media tools, helps to maximize a book’s exposure within the author’s own community.
